Today, nation is paying tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his 55th death anniversary.
BJP, District, Srinagar, under the Presidentship and Chairmanship of Shri Ashok Bhat organized number of programmes to commensurat death annvesery of great leader of India Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya . On his life and achievements a seminar was organized at District Office, in which Shri Ashok Bhat, District President and various other personalities threw light on the sacrificial life of Pandit Ji. They described him as great visionary, nationalist, philosopher and idelogistic leader who achieved a great deel of success in his short span of life.He was described as progressive writer and was editor of various news papers.He was founder members of Bhartiya Jansang and its constitution writer. He is also treated as founder member of Bhartiya Janta Party.
BJP, is also celebrating this day as SAMPARN DIVAS. In his honour this day is also regarded as donation day for the party. Accordingly, various donation camps were arranged at District Officers, Srinagar and constituency levels in which members of party workers and general public participated and donated for the party generously.
