Srinagar, Feb 18: Bhartiya Janta party leader and state executive member Abid Hussain Khan has greeted people of Jammu and Kashmir especially of Devsar Constituency on blessed eve of Shab-e-Meraj,
In His greeting message, khan said on eve of Shab-e-Meraj being observed on intervening night of 18th and 19th of February wished prosperity and peace to the State and prayed for betterment of the people.the night in which the holy quran was revealed on Prophet Mohammad (SAW) is the best of times to seek forgiveness and blessings of Allah, He said.
Khan asked people to join Him in prayers that this night ushers in the times of peace and prosperity for the people of state.
I extend my warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion, may the blessed night foster unity and consciousness among Muslims. May Almighty pardon our excesses and accept our prayers, and supplications. May the blessed night act as the harbinger of peace, prosperity, tranquility and communal harmony in J&K,” he said.
Abid Khan also urged the Govt to ensure adequate supply of electricity to people, besides ensuring availability of medicines in hospitals to face the current medical emergencies
